The Three Pillars of Great Health are adequate Water and proper Nutrition, regular Exercise and maintaining a Positive Mental & Spiritual Attitude. We have talked about the first pillar of health, Water and Nutrition, at length in this book. However, the other two pillars are every bit as important because they complete the health picture, and without them Great Health is not obtainable. We must KNOW which kinds of foods we must eat to remain balanced, renewed and healthy. Reversing the aging process starts by consuming the water and foods that lead to life. The common sense approach to Great Health, Spirulina, Chlorella, fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of Ionized Water will bring about an unmistakably positive difference in your health and your life.
